The Act on Strengthening the Sanitary Safety of Medicines and Health Products, called "Bertrand Act in France", adopted December 29, 2011, created an obligation for companies marketing "purpose of health products for human and cosmetic products aim to" make public the existence of agreements with all health partners and all the benefits granted to them.

Decree No. 2013-414 dated 21.05.2013 fixed in the implementing rules.

This section is in place to meet the transparency requirements imposed by the law of 29 December 2011 and its implementing decree.

The information contained in this section are in accordance with the french law "Informatiques et Libertés" of January 6, 1978 amended in 2004 and, in accordance with Articles 39 and 40 of the said Act, individuals have a right to access and correction to the data concerning them directly.
